Shipping

Orders placed before 5pm EST Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays, will have same day processing. Orders placed after 5pm EST, Monday-Thursday, will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 5pm EST will be processed on the following Monday, excluding federal holidays.

Ehvonnae ships within the USA via UPS Ground and all orders include delivery confirmation. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or federal holidays. Shipping times may vary, however most orders ship within 48 hours of purchase pending availability of merchandise & credit card authorization.

UPS Ground has a 2-5 day delivery time from the time it leaves our premises. Ehvonnae is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages delayed by UPS.

Returns

Due to the nature of the merchandise, all accessories, sale items, & “trash or treasure” resale items are non-returnable. We will make every effort to use the most protective packaging for our merchandise; however, if an item is received damaged in shipping, please contact us at cs@ehvonnae.com to inform us of the damage within 7 days of receipt. Please put “damage” in the subject line of the email & include your confirmation number.

Once we have been contacted, you will be sent a return shipping label to have the item fixed free-of-charge, if repairable, & the item will be sent back to you. In the unfortunate case that the item is not repairable, you will be given the option to receive the identical item or a shopping credit for the value of the item, valid for a year.
